We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills and can efficiently manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives and team members.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, virtual appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Assist with real estate transaction coordination, document preparation, and file management.
  • Maintain digital records, databases, and CRM systems with accuracy.
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, tenants, and clients as needed.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates, listing coordination and administrative support.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
