Role Overview
Provides nursing care to pediatric patients in PICU, NICU, Mother/Baby, and SCN units at two hospital locations. Responsibilities include patient assessment, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care. Floats between units based on patient needs, supporting a diverse pediatric population.

Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of PICU and NICU experience required
- Associate Degree in Nursing; bachelor's degree preferred or required within five years if only an associate degree
- Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (PALS and NRP within six months)
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork orientation
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across pediatric units
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies effectively
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
