Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects in

alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager ensures that

project teams, composed of IT and business resources, follow established

methodologies and PMO standards while delivering agreed scope within

schedule and budget. This role partners with stakeholders across IT and

the business to manage project execution, resolve issues, and support

successful delivery across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid development

environments. The Project Manager applies a collaborative leadership

approach, supports informed decision-making, and escalates risks or

issues through defined governance structures. Role Responsibilities and

Functional Skills \* Lead project teams on IT projects, coordinating

activities across IT, business, and vendor resources. \* Manage both

planning and execution phases of projects, including defining scope,

developing schedules, and supporting effort estimates. \* Track and

manage project budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. \*

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying variances and

supporting corrective actions. \* Apply a structured, data-driven

approach to project tracking, reporting, and decision support. \* Manage

and track project scope, resources, and quality within approved

timelines and budgets. \* Prepare project status materials and present

updates to project stakeholders and PMO leadership. \* Provide

collaborative, positive leadership while working effectively within a
