What You'll Do
- Generate and manage customer invoices and project billings
- Monitor A/R aging and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Apply customer payments and reconcile account discrepancies
- Resolve billing issues and respond to customer inquiries
- Support month-end accounting activities and reporting
- 3+ years of accounting, billing, or accounts receivable experience
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP/accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
