Product Manager – In-Studio Digital

Les Mills powers digital fitness experiences inside thousands of clubs across the US and around the world, and our in-studio digital products are central to how those experiences show up every day.
This role is built for a Product Manager who wants real ownership, global reach, and the ability to drive impact while working with high-performing, distributed teams. With flexibility to work remotely within PST time zones or hybrid from our Chicago office, you’ll be trusted to focus on outcomes and impact.

As Product Manager – In-Studio Digital, you will drive execution across a portfolio of B2B digital products used by fitness clubs globally, including LM Content, Virtual, immersive experiences, and supporting app-based and streaming platforms.
You’ll translate portfolio direction into clear priorities, aligned roadmaps, and high-quality delivery in market, working closely with product, engineering, design, content, and commercial teams. You’ll have autonomy to lead prioritization, navigate complexity, and keep teams focused on the highest-impact work.
Success in this role is defined by in-market outcomes clarity of priorities, effective trade-offs, strong execution, and products that are operationally sound, commercially effective, and continuously improving for customers.

Skills And Experience You’ll Need
- Experience working on digital products or platforms, ideally in B2B environments
- Experience operating across multiple products or workstreams, with strong execution ownership
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to prioritize in complex environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content-led, streaming, or app-based platforms
- Experience delivering and operating mobile and TV apps, including app submission, release management, and ongoing delivery
- Deep understanding of content systems, including CMS platforms, publishing workflows, content lifecycle, and digital rights
- Familiarity with delivery platforms such as app-based experiences, streaming solutions, and video on demand solutions
- Understanding of hardware ecosystems, including connected fitness equipment, peripheral devices, audio & video delivery systems
- Knowledge of market readiness requirements, including localization, entitlements, packaging, and commercial considerations
- Ability to establish and maintain continuous feedback loops from clubs, markets, and internal stakeholders
- Uses in-market insights to adjust execution priorities and inform portfolio-level decision-making
- Supports market-facing teams across a global marketplace, with clear product context, release readiness, and delivery expectations
- Experience in media, fitness, SaaS, or subscription-based ecosystems
- Experience operating in global, B2B or B2B2C environments
- Comfort working with external vendors and platform partners
