Seeking a program manager with over 15 years of experience in Program Management to lead project planning and governance initiatives
Job Description
• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of complex programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive program delivery and optimize resource allocation
• Monitor program performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
• Foster continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
• Act as a key advisor for project planning and governance best practices within the organization
Roles and Responsibilities
• Define program objectives scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Establish and maintain program governance structures including steering committees and reporting mechanisms
• Manage program risks issues and dependencies proactively to ensure successful delivery Lead project planning activities including scheduling budgeting and resource management
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and guide project managers and other team members to enhance their capabilities
• Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple projects and teams to achieve program goals
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
