Position Summary
The Truck Washer is responsible for cleaning, washing, and maintaining the appearance of company trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. This role ensures vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and free from dirt, debris, and contaminants while following safety procedures and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and clean trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles using pressure washers, brushes, and cleaning equipment.
- Remove dirt, grease, mud, and road debris from vehicle exteriors.
- Clean vehicle interiors as required, including floors, windows, and dashboards.
- Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain washing equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling cleaning chemicals.
- Keep the wash bay and work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist with basic vehicle detailing and preparation for inspections or customer deliveries.
- Dispose of waste materials according to environmental and company regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous vehicle washing, detailing, or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
