The W Assisted Living Management Company is looking for a Porter who wants to put the care back into healthcare. We're seeking a motivated, reliable candidate with a strong track record who can help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff. Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
• Periodically tour the facility and grounds, checking doors, windows, and equipment for proper working order
• Report any unusual conditions or malfunctions in heating, plumbing, or electrical systems, or any other incidents, to the Maintenance Director
• Log all incidents in the communication log and manage them appropriately
• Perform other duties as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with residents with respect and dignity
• Strong multitasking skills
• Prior experience as a Porter or Housekeeper in an assisted living facility is a big plus
