- Transportation Planning — Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, monitor delivery performance, and manage disruptions.
- Carrier Management — Act as primary contact for LSPs/4PLs, track performance, support reviews, and ensure service compliance.
- Operational Execution — Handle daily track‑and‑trace, expedite critical materials, and maintain routing/master data.
- System & TMS Support — Serve as key user for TMS, support enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and user assistance.
- Cost & Freight Management — Monitor transportation costs, validate invoices, support budgeting, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Compliance & Documentation — Ensure adherence to routing guides, standards, audits, and maintain required records.
- Continuous Improvement — Lead optimization projects, partner with carriers/suppliers, and support corrective actions.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (manufacturing preferred).
- Skills in TMS, freight management, Excel, data analysis, and process improvement.
