Pier Staff Worker We are seeking a professional, friendly and energetic individual with great customer service skills to join our team as a Pier Staff until md-October.

Work schedule
  • Must be available every weekend in summertime .
  • The commitment would be from now till end of October
  • Available (5) days on weekdays from schedule is from 2 pm - 10pm (must be flexible)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the Pier;
  • Stocking inventory and replenishing supplies;
  • Lifting boxes;
  • Performing light gardening;
  • Taking orders from customers;
  • Handling transactions and cash-handling;
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns;
  • Commitment to Manhattan Youth’s mission;
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or G.E.D required;
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time;
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
