We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a full time basis. As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care, including individual, supervised, and group treatment sessions
  • Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program
  • Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers
  • Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
  • Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
  • Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
  • Participate in clinical program development and implementation
  • Demonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field


Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
  • CEU's per state licensure requirements
  • Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required
  • Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates welcome!
