Patient Escort (Transporter); 1.0 FTE; Day Shift

The Patient Escort (Transporter) will escort patients to and from departments within the hospital in accordance with Nursing procedures. Delivers medical records, X-rays, specimens and materials to various areas of the hospital.

Required Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relations with patients, co-workers and the general public
• 1 year Nursing Assistant Experience
• Prior basic life support system or willingness to learn during training process
