Role: Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and patient-centered principles. Offers professional leadership and support to healthcare teams, overseeing and guiding staff under supervision. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards consistently.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; specialty course completion within 6 months preferred. Requires current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP as department dictates. Must pass pre-employment assessments and agree to float to multiple facilities.
Skills & Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care, support team coordination, and uphold safety standards. Maintain professional development through required certifications. Contribute to a challenging, rewarding environment focused on patient-centered care and service excellence.
