Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Provide patient-first care by evaluating musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to help restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient-first care by evaluating musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to help restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and determine patient needs
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
- Track progress and adjust interventions to support functional goals
- Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills in MSK and neurologic evaluation
- Competence in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional training
- Patient-centered communication and teamwork
- Commitment to continuing education and best practices
