Position Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, applicants, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with Human Resources functions, including onboarding, employee file maintenance, document collection, and personnel record updates.
- Support recruiting activities by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, communicating with applicants, and preparing application materials.
- Help maintain compliance-related HR documentation, including employment forms, policy acknowledgments, training records, and confidential personnel information.
- Coordinate employee communications, announcements, scheduling, and internal office updates as needed.
- Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain office and HR documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting timesheets, attendance information, direct deposit forms, and other required employee documentation.
- Track office supplies, place orders, coordinate maintenance requests, and help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Support management with reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, meeting preparation, and special administrative projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or human resources support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in records, forms, and communications.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time/part-time position with a schedule to be determined upon agreement with employee and employer. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include but not exclusive to: 401-k, workers compensation, cumulative sick pay.

Work Environment:
This role involves working in the office and from home. The position requires that you be able to speak, answer questions from, and direct employees, vendors, and clients. Office Administrators must be willing to learn and proficient in basic computer skills.
