What You'll Do
As Non-CDL Driver at QXO is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on support in loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
What You'll Do
As Non-CDL Driver at QXO is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on support in loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on time
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery
- Obtain required documentation, such as signatures or proof of delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork
- Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel
- Address questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experience
- Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport
- Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed
- Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly
- Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- The ability to successfully obtain a DOT Medical Card during the first 30 days
- Experience operating a forklift
- Prior experience in direct customer interaction
- Effective communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers
- Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including adverse weather conditions, and to handle various building products
