The Opportunity
We have an immediate opening for a regular full- or part-time**Mid- or
Senior-Level Wildlife Biologist**to work a hybrid remote schedule based
out of our downtown**Tempe**office.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Serves as lead technical biologist and avian surveys on complex
- Conducts field surveys for threatened, endangered, sensitive
- Prepare biological documents, including but not limited to survey
- Serves as project manager.
- Implements business development and marketing strategies.
- Prepares proposals and complex reports.
- Manages project budgets and schedules.
- Bachelors degree in Wildlife Biology, Ecology, Environmental
- 5-10+ years of relevant consulting or agency experience.
- Proven experience and technical expertise working in environmental
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, especially the Endangered
Protection Act, Clean Water Act, and the National Environmental
Policy Act.
- Be able to work cooperatively in a team-oriented setting.
- Capability and willingness to travel to project areas throughout
- Strong orienteering and data collection skills (such as map, GPS,
- Must be able to occasionally work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average, as

- Knowledge of local and regional biological and wildlife habitat
- Proficient with identifying raptors, birds and other wildlife
- Interest in cross training or experience with different disciplines,
