Manager

SuperChix is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working with people, providing excellent guest service, and creating a positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate the team during daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Maintain daily opening and closing procedures
• Train coach and develop team members
• Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and waste
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Help achieve sales, service, and operational goals
• Communicate effectively with employees and upper management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
  
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous restaurant or food service management experience
• Serv Safe Certified preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service focused with a positive attutide
• Ability to coach and hold team members accountable
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
