Local CDL Driver - Yard Truck Driver

As a Local CDL Driver - Yard Driver , you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay

$30.00/hr.

Shift(s)

1st Shift Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday as needed

700am - 330pm

14966 Whittram Ave, Fontana, CA, 92335

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within ( 150 miles) making about (3 of routes) routes per shift
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (10 of hours) shifts
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
