The client is adding an experienced business litigator to a surging practice. This is a role for an attorney who has done the work and is ready to carry matters with direct client contact and the judgment to make strategic decisions independently.

The client is adding an experienced business litigator to a surging practice. This is a role for an attorney who has done the work and is ready to carry matters with direct client contact and the judgment to make strategic decisions independently.
What You'll Do
- Own a caseload of business litigation and enforcement matters from intake to resolution.
- Write and argue the motions that decide cases: summary judgment, anti-SLAPP, alter ego and successor liability, motions attacking fraudulent transfers, and related dispositive motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Appear at hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences as the lead attorney.
- Work directly with the firm's founder and senior attorneys.
- 7+ years of civil litigation experience with a real business or commercial litigation core.
- Impeccable law and motion practice.
- Comfort operating with autonomy.
- Active California Bar license in good standing; JD from an accredited law school.
- Judgment enforcement or creditor-rights experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
