Job Title: Laborer

Location: Centennial, CO

Summary:

Responsible for the safe and successful completion of all public infrastructure labor tasks

Qualifications:

Experience

• 0-3 years of public infrastructure experience or related is preferred
  
  
  

License or Certification

• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed required
• CDL license or willingness to train / earn a CDL is preferred
• Traffic control certification or able to obtain
  
  
  

Essential Duties:

• Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks including, but not limited to striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, proactive sign maintenance, crack sealing, asphalt repairs and seasonal snow maintenance
• Understand and implement job specifications for each site
• Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately
• Assess equipment operation issues and effectively communicate repair needs to shop personnel
• Encourage and maintain safe working conditions by promoting Company’s “Culture of Safety”, including but not limited to reinforcing bi-weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring proper personal protective equipment usage
• Ensure adherence to company policies
