Contract type: Full time
Play. Teach. Believe. Grow.
You’re already an RBT. Now find a team that invests in your future.
You already know that progress isn’t always measured in giant milestones, but in a new word, a successful transition, or a moment of connection that wasn’t there yesterday. You bring patience, skill, and purpose to every session because you understand what meaningful progress looks like for a child with autism and their family.
We call them Believers.
At Caravel, you’re not just another RBT. You’re a valued clinical teammate whose experience matters. Whether you’re looking to deepen your skills, expand your impact, or explore a future path toward leadership or becoming a BCBA, we are ready to be a part of your journey.
What you'll do:
You'll work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, using play-based ABA therapy to help them build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.
You already know the difference a great RBT can make.
You’ve seen the first words, the first friendships, the first successful transitions, and the pride that comes when a child accomplishes something their family once thought impossible.
At Caravel, you’ll be surrounded by teammates who share that same purpose and leaders who are invested in your success. Bring your passion. Continue building a career where your work creates meaningful change for children and families every day.
You believe in them. We believe in you. And we’re ready to help you grow.
