Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer communications via phone and email
- Support preparation of company announcements, service updates, and informational materials
- Maintain communication records and customer databases
- Coordinate internal communications between office and field teams
- Assist with outreach initiatives and customer follow-up activities
- Provide administrative support for communication-related projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pay: $19 - $25 per hour
