What We Offer
- $28.00/hour starting pay
- $70,000+ average annual earnings
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
- $500 Referral Bonuses

- Overtime Pay after 50 hours
- Shift Differential Pay for 2nd & 3rd shift hours worked

Work Schedule
- Primarily Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
- Start times between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM; finish between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Local home-daily routes — consistent customers & steady work
- Home every night
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Live within 30–40 minutes of our Indianapolis terminal
- HazMat & Tank endorsements preferred (must agree to obtain HazMat endorsement upon hire)
- Clean MVR and CSA score (no 15+ mph speeding tickets; no more than 2 moving violations in 12 months or 3 in 3 years)
- Minimum of 18 months of verifiable experience, in the last 3 years with no more than 3 employers, driving a tractor-trailer.
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years
- Valid DOT Medical Card & ability to pass a DOT drug screen
- Knowledge of DOT hours-of-service rules
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs without assistance
- Positive attitude & strong customer service skills
