Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters.
- Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor case progress, filing deadlines, and client requirements.
- Provide legal guidance and updates to clients regarding their immigration matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay informed about applicable immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and timely completion of assignments.
- Assist with additional legal tasks and team responsibilities as needed.
- At least 2 years of immigration law experience.
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
- Experience handling family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and client-focused approach.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
