Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Monday, Friday Remote, Tuesday-Thursday On-Site)


A highly creative and collaborative self-starter who works on concurrent time-sensitive design projects across digital and print mediums. Utilizes strong conceptual and production design skills and a variety of graphics software to ideate, develop and deliver marketing materials consistent with the AAA brand. Must have stellar attention to detail, the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with a team, a future-focused mindset, and a passion to bring campaigns and projects to life with original ideas.



What you will do:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging marketing materials across multiple channels including: digital ads, emails, website content, and social media, print ads, banners, presentations, motion graphics, animation, and more
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders from concept through execution
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Present creative concepts and designs confidently to internal teams and leadership
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards, style guides, and templates
  • Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate creative output
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices—and apply them to your work

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Concentration in digital or graphic design, marketing or related field; or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience

Experience

  • 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or corporate)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work required
