As a Fleet Service Agent, you will be tasked with ensuring that aircraft are thoroughly cleaned and properly prepared for operations the following day.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of both the interior and exterior of SkyWest aircraft.
- Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
- Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning within the maintenance hangar and facility.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.
THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION
- Demonstrated strong communication skills.
- Able to routinely lift over 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without need for sponsorship.
- Capable of performing effectively under stressful conditions and tight deadlines.
- Exhibits self-motivation.
- Works well within a team environment.
- This position requires overnight shifts.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules is essential.
- Responsibilities include the application of chemicals and mild detergents, as well as learning to identify various aircraft types.
- Requires extensive mobility throughout the aircraft cabin, such as standing and sitting row by row.
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive role.
