Genesis Products is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance / Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility and surrounding grounds. This role is responsible for performing general building maintenance, completing routine repairs, maintaining exterior areas, and supporting the overall upkeep of the manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while responding to facility needs as they arise.

- Previous experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or facility upkeep preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and routine maintenance equipment.
- Ability to identify maintenance concerns and determine when additional support is needed.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
