About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support facilities and operations for a premier global financial services organization known for its commitment to innovation, client experience, and long-term investment leadership. This onsite role in Durham, NC supports a dynamic corporate campus spanning three buildings across 1.2 acres, featuring a parking garage, café, recreational spaces, and collaborative amenities.
This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented opportunity where you will partner closely with engineering and operations teams while playing a key role in financial coordination, vendor management, and workplace experience support. What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day facilities operations, partnering with engineering teams on maintenance and service execution.
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Review and track financials, expenses, and invoices to support budget adherence.
Utilize systems including Corrigo (CMMS), Ariba, and Kahua for work orders, procurement, and project tracking.
Coordinate vendor services and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with site standards.
Assist with meeting and event setup, ensuring spaces are prepared and organized.
Maintain documentation related to facilities, operations, and financial processes.
Contribute to a high-performing team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and growth. What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or property management.
Working knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Proficiency in financial tracking, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Familiarity with systems such a Corrigo, Ariba, Kahua, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
Proactive attitude with a desire to lean, grow, and advance.
