Responsibilities
Guide and mentor our sales team to achieve their individual and collective performance goals.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with our long-term growth objectives.
Cultivate deep relationships with high-value clients and community partners throughout the Chesapeake region.
Analyze market trends to refine our product offerings and stay ahead of local competition.
Oversee daily sales operations to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality guidance to our clients.
Collaborate with agency leadership to streamline our sales process and improve client retention.
Requirements
State-issued Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license.
Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-level account management.
Demonstrated history of building and mentoring successful sales teams.
Advanced understanding of risk management and complex policy structures.
Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with local Chesapeake business networks is a plus.
