here! The City of Appleton is seeking a full-time Electrical Inspector.

This position is responsible for performing inspections of residential,

commercial, and industrial buildings for compliance with City and State

codes. Work involves routine field inspection, investigation of

complaints, issuing permits, reviewing proposals and plans, and dealing

with the public. Work is performed under the general direction of the

Inspections Supervisor. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires considerable experience in building construction

with technical training in reading blueprints and other related

materials. It requires certification as UDC Electrical Inspector and/or

Commercial Electrical Inspector with the Department of Safety and

Professional Services (DSPS) and in accordance with DSPS 305.62 and
