Senior Electrical Estimator to lead complex estimates for technology-driven commercial projects. You will analyze electrical drawings and specifications, develop detailed cost models, and prepare accurate, competitive bid packages.

- Review plans, specs, and technical documentation to identify scope, requirements, and risks.
- Create and maintain detailed electrical cost models and estimate structures.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure estimate accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Contribute to bid development by coordinating inputs, clarifying requirements, and supporting final pricing decisions.
- Use data-driven estimating tools to improve estimate consistency and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction and estimating practices.
- Proven ability to translate drawings and specs into detailed cost estimates.
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Comfort using modern estimating tools to support data-driven decision-making.
