Our long-term law firm client is seeking an eBilling Manager, responsible for overseeing the firmwide eBilling process.
Highlighted Responsibilities
Salary Range: $118k-$148k
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Oversee the firmwide eBilling process to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices through various client-mandated eBilling platforms.
- Monitor and manage billing deadlines to ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and contractual requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain consistent eBilling best practices designed to support accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across all firm offices.
- Evaluate existing eBilling workflows and lead initiatives focused on process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- A four-year college degree is preferred, with a minimum of five years’ experience in a senior finance, accounting, or eBilling role within an international law firm.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams in a professional services environment.
- Advanced knowledge of eBillingHub.
Salary Range: $118k-$148k
