Must have all qualifications of Distribution Technician II and in addition:
- Must have worked as a Distribution Technician II for thirty six (36) months or have had
- Must have successfully completed the applicable course on Corrosion control.
- Must be qualified to make plastic fused and mechanical joints.
- Must be able to operate and perform minor maintenance on trenchers, backhoes, and boring
- Must be familiar with Federal, State and Local rules and regulations applicable to their job.
- Must be familiar with provisions in and applications of NFPA 54, NFPA 58, Florida Building
- Must be familiar with the operation and maintenance requirements of the gas distribution
- Required to be On Call Duty rotation.
- Must be able to pass the requirements outlined in the Training Grid associated with this
