A day in the role

Nothing in the building moves without you. Clean plates feed the line, clean glassware reaches the bar, clean pans keep the cooks going — and on a Friday night you keep all three flowing without falling behind. It's fast, essential work, and the cooks remember who kept them stocked when they decide who to pull onto the line next.

What you’ll do

• Operate the dish machine and hand-wash items as needed
• Keep clean dishes, glassware, and cookware stocked for the line and floor
• Take out trash and keep the dish area and kitchen clean
• Help with basic prep and putting away deliveries when needed
• Follow all sanitation and food-safety standards

What we’re looking for

• A strong work ethic and sense of urgencyrequired
• Able to keep up and stay on your feet during a rushrequired
• A reliable, team-first attituderequired
• Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• No experience required — we'll train you
