You will manage the complete admissions experience for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a pass-along position. You are accountable for the family's experience, their comprehension of the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is alignment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess fit before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
• Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of the enrollment funnel, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
• Delivering campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Sustaining accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

Director Of Admissions Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that enrolls the right families while safeguarding the integrity and outcomes of the Alpha model.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership, or owner-operated service businesses).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
• Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
• Capacity to provide specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when it lacked appropriate fit.
• Professional written communication background with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
• Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
• Experience designing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
