You will manage the complete admissions experience for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a pass-along position. You are accountable for the family's experience, their comprehension of the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is alignment.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess fit before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of the enrollment funnel, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Delivering campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Sustaining accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
- Employing transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
- Admitting families who lack alignment simply to satisfy enrollment targets.
- Supervising a large team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple roles.
- Operating remotely. This role is on-campus by necessity.

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership, or owner-operated service businesses).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
- Capacity to provide specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when it lacked appropriate fit.
- Professional written communication background with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
- Experience designing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency using data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
