Critical Care Resource Nurse
Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the Critical Care Unit while implementing and supporting patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in critical decision-making and maintain high standards of clinical practice. Serve as a mentor and educator to less experienced nurses, supporting professional development through guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.
