Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Cook I for the Tulsa Club Hotel in Tulsa, OK 74103.

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, guest requests, and brand standards


• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet expectations


• Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and portion control


• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently


• Receive, inspect, and store food deliveries


• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment


• Assist with inventories, banquet preparation, and buffet displays


• Work closely with kitchen leadership and other hotel departments


• Address guest concerns professionally and support service recovery efforts


• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and company standards

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred


• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt standards preferred


• Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and sanitation practices


• Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure


• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for food, hospitality, and guest service


• Positive attitude and team-first mentality


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment


• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods


• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot kitchen and cold storage environments


• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. regularly


• Ability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.


• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and perform repetitive motions

• $15 - $17/hour based on experience
