This position is not hired based solely on a résumé.
Qualified applicants will complete a hands-on skills assessment in our warehouse where you'll demonstrate your abilities by performing real-world repairs such as drywall, texture, painting, trim, carpentry, and general repair work using professional tools and equipment.
We hire based on craftsmanship, attitude, work ethic, cleanliness, organization, and problem-solving—not just years of experience.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated skill.
Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician and Foreman positions are available for individuals who consistently demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship.

- Light plumbing and electrical fixture replacement
- Demolition
- Water damage reconstruction
- General carpentry
- Job site preparation and cleanup

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
