Construction Estimator/Salesman

Compensation:
Base Salary: $35,000 – $45,000

Commission:
8% – 10% of closed revenue
+2% bonus for self-generated leads
+2% bonus for same-day close

Example: $200K in monthly sales = $24K+ commission

About the Role:
We are hiring a full-time Estimator / Sales Representative to take full ownership of our sales pipeline from first contact through close. This is a performance-driven role for someone who is competitive, fast-moving, and motivated by high earnings.

Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads quickly (target under 10 minutes)
Schedule and run estimates
Build estimates in Housecall Pro in real time
Follow up consistently on all open estimates
Close deals and maximize revenue per job
Upsell additional services
Coordinate with operations after the sale

Performance Expectations:
High booking rate on inbound leads
Strong close rate (goal 30%+)
Consistent follow-up on all estimates
Strong communication and urgency
Ability to manage and close a pipeline
Bilingual Spanish speakers a plus

Requirements:
Sales-driven mindset (not a passive estimator role)
Strong closer with proven ability to ask for the sale
Experience in restoration, construction, or home services preferred
OR strong sales background with proven results
Comfortable using CRM systems (Housecall Pro a plus)
Self-motivated and accountable
