Ryan Contractors, Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent in the Clackamas, Oregon area to join our growing team in Riverside, CA. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and field crews throughout all phases of construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship quality
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret plans, specs, and RFIs
- Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, and site documentation
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on the jobsite
- Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule delays proactively
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-trade jobsites
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; strong commitment to jobsite safety
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Riverside, CA jobsites
