Optimal Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, Clinic Director - PT. One who is a self-motivated physical therapist who is dedicated to providing high quality patient centered care. Join our innovative physical therapy team where you will leverage advanced AI tools and cutting edge EMR, earn meaningful revenue share, and accelerate your professional growth in a forward-thinking clinic. We are a well-established, therapist-owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic serving The Greater Amarillo Area with a variety of specialties.

We are currently expanding our practice, opening a fourth clinic inside a medical office building. This clinic will provide general orthopedic care with an additional emphasis on overall wellness.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active Texas Physical Therapy License
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Salary Description

Compensation: $82,000 - $88,000 annually
