Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance
- MBA, MHA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of senior healthcare financial leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years as CFO, Deputy CFO, or equivalent role.
Salary Range
- 500K - 600K
Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
- Develop long-range financial forecasts and strategic plans.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
Revenue Cycle Management
- Establish performance metrics for billing, collections, and cash acceleration.
- Monitor payer performance and reimbursement trends.
Government Reimbursement
- Lead Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement strategy.
- Maximize supplemental funding opportunities.
- Manage relationships with governmental agencies and regulators.
Operational Finance
- Managed Care and Payer Contracting.
- Physician compensation and productivity analyses.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on operational improvement initiatives.
Capital and Facilities Finance
- Develop infrastructure investment strategies.
- Evaluate capital expenditures and return on investment.
- Assist in grant procurement and financing initiatives.
Education
Required- Masters or better in Master Degree
- Bachelors or better in Bachelor Degree
- Master of Healthcare Administration or better
- Master of Business Administration or better
- Certified Public Accountant or better
