Requirements

  • Valid CDL

  • Passenger Endorsement

  • Clean driving record

  • Ability to pass background check, MVR review, and drug/alcohol screening

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Reliable and safety-focused work ethic

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous shuttle, transit, bus, or commercial driving experience

  • Knowledge of the Memphis area

  • Experience working in DOT-regulated environments
