We are seeking an experienced CAD Supervisor to lead drafting and design operations for civil engineering and survey projects.
In this role, you will
Experience: 10–15 years in survey drafting for civil and municipal projects, with significant supervisory experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS platforms, Pipeline Networks, and familiarity with surveying tools.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
In this role, you will
- supervise and mentor drafting teams to produce accurate technical drawings for infrastructure projects
- manage senior-level drafting tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- collaborate with surveyors and field teams to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- maintain drafting standards and templates, introducing new technologies to optimize workflows
- convert survey data and field notes into detailed plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure project requirements are met
