- Identify and implement process automation and workflow improvements across business functions, where applicable.
- Lead internal IT systems planning and integration for the new facility build-out and Q1 2028 move-in, coordinating with Operations, contractors, and low voltage technology providers.
- Support integration, testing, and ongoing troubleshooting of third-party-installed warehouse automation systems, particularly DTC fulfillment equipment at the new facility.
- Evaluate and deploy practical AI tools, including meeting note-takers, employee productivity tools, and website AI initiatives; train employees on adoption and appropriate use.
- Coordinate domain administration, UDRP filings, and transfers of recovered domains in partnership with legal counsel and external providers.
- Coordinate business systems needs, escalations, access, cybersecurity, and continuity planning with outsourced IT providers.
- Proactively partner with department leaders to identify technology needs, recommend solutions, and drive implementation.
- Maintain clear documentation of business system configurations, integrations, access controls, procedures, and recovery plans; coordinate security and compliance needs with external providers.
- Serve as a proactive technology partner to employees and department leaders, translating business needs into practical solutions and taking accountability for execution and results.
What You’ll Bring To The Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, IT operations, or infrastructure management.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar ERP system.
- 3+ years of experience with EDI and API standards and logic (SPS Commerce experience a plus).
