What You’ll Do

• Perform all repair tasks as outlined on the repair order with precision and efficiency, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
• Accurately diagnose vehicle malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs to restore optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the parts department to promptly obtain all required components and materials.
• Thoroughly inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety concerns or service needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Conduct road tests when necessary to ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Participate in factory-sponsored training sessions to stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to the safe disposal of hazardous materials.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a technician is required
• Proficient knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license, clean drug screening, and ability to operate an automobile safely
  
  
  

Compensation

We offer competitive flat rate hourly pay plus bonuses (if applicable) depending on qualifications and experience

Your supervisor will be our Service Manager, James Latham, who brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. As a BMW Orange Park Technician at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park, James is dedicated to providing you with the comprehensive training necessary to excel in your role. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the exceptional standards associated with BMW vehicles by delivering expert diagnostics, precise repairs, and thorough maintenance services.
