Work closely with sales, reservations, and housekeeping to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee event operations, addressing issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Communicate client needs to internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
Inspect and monitor banquet rooms, ensuring all setup and service requirements are met.
