KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Tech, Data, & Insights to join our Clients and Markets organization.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the Firmwide Ecosystems measurement, reporting, and insights strategy, aligned to ecosystem growth objectives and leadership priorities
• Design and govern a scalable ecosystem data framework that integrates alliance, pipeline, activation, capability, and financial performance metrics into a trusted source of truth
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting that provide visibility into ecosystem performance and value realization
• Partner with Alliance Directors, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to establish measurement standards, targets, and reporting governance across the ecosystem lifecycle
• Deliver executive-ready analyses and insight-led narratives that highlight performance trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership decision making
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting automation, data quality management, AI-enabled insights, and adoption of leading analytics and visualization capabilities
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum six years of recent progressive experience in analytics, management consulting, business intelligence, strategy, finance, operations, or performance management roles
• Advanced degree from an accredited college or university in business, analytics, finance, information systems, data science, or a related field preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms (for example, Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable insights and executive-level communications that drive business outcomes
• Proven success designing and implementing enterprise reporting strategies, KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards, using one or more of Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, Lovable
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders, improving data governance and quality, and building scalable reporting capabilities in a matrixed organization
