The Opportunity with McKinstry
At McKinstry, we are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience while creating meaningful opportunities for our employees to learn, grow, and advance. We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Service Division in Seattle, WA, supporting our Western Washington Mobile Service team. The work is dynamic and provides direct exposure to client interaction, problem-solving, and account coordination.
This role is designed as a development pathway, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and close partnership with Account Managers and Account Executives. You’ll build core skills in managing client relationships while learning how sales and operations teams work together to deliver a strong client experience.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with clients—someone who takes initiative, follows through, and is motivated to grow within a client-facing, sales-oriented career path.
This role is based in Seattle, WA and operates on a hybrid work schedule.
